My name is Ali Andrus, and I bring a background rooted in the Mountain West to my current work in Gainesville, Florida. I hold a Master’s degree in Health Promotion and Worksite Wellness from the University of West Florida and am credentialed as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) in training.

My professional path spans the fields of health, education, and athletics, including time as both a collegiate athlete and a Division I coach, providing me with a unique perspective on the intersection of lifestyle, performance, and long-term well-being.

Driven by a personal connection to preventable chronic disease within my own family, I have committed my career to health education, wellness coaching, and systems-level support. My work emphasizes the power of small, sustainable changes and the importance of meeting individuals where they are—grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice, and a deep respect for lived experience.

Whether working with individuals or groups, my goal is to create inclusive, supportive spaces that build confidence, promote behavior change, and empower people to take ownership of their health.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing tennis, and spending quality time with family and friends.
